Initial Consultation
Short question and answer call or email to find out exactly what you are looking for. What style you like, colors, approximate quantities, price range, etc...

Follow up email to Client
Follow up email with examples of products, descriptions, and available timelines for receiving.

Client Makes Decisions
Client asks questions if needed, request more products, or makes a final decision on products, quantities, and necessary options to be purchased.

Client receives an Invoice/ quote.
Client receives a final quote with details such as set-up fees (if applicable), shipping fees (if applicable), and total purchase cost.

Client Approval
Client either approves the order by paying the invoice or asks for changes to the order. Once all changes are made and the invoice is paid, the order is pushed forward.

Submission of Digital Logo
When we receive your digital logo or custom wording for your merchandise, we move forward to design your layout for each product and send it in for your approval.

If there are any changes needed, it will be finalized at this stage.
Each product ordered will have a separate email thread to follow for logo design, customization changes, etc..... This allows us to carefully keep the correct logo/design and changes for each product. When you approve the customization, the order is submitted into production.
PRODUCTION TIME DOES NOT START UNTIL ALL THE ABOVE STEPS ARE COMPLETE.

Continued Communication
ONCE A PRODUCT IS IN PRODUCTION, NO MORE CHANGES CAN BE MADE. We will continue to update you on your order until it is complete and ready to ship or ready for pick-up.
